Important Information about Your Orcon Services
Dear "ultrasonic2",
Since i no longer have to save for a milling machine it's freed up some cash to upgrade my pc this is what im getting and why.
CPU:Q6600. Cause basically it's not worth buying anything else. There's no point buying a due core when the quads aren't that much more. The next up in the intel range is too much of a jump in price. As for AMD unfortunately they're rubbish and it hurts me to say that. I intend on running it at 4g
Motherboard: Asus P5Q. Cause it's got all the overclocking features necessary to get me to 4g and it has the ICH10R south bridge which enables me to run 6 disks in RAID 5 and it's Intel's RAID controller which has proven to be far superior to any another brands RAID controller. This is the major reason for selecting this MBM.
I must say there's nothing like a Good bf2 round .. here's a pic of me winning last night while playing Jalalabad. I actually dont like this map that much . If the teams are even and the US can't get a flag it's just a boring grenad fest ! fortunately the teams weren't even. I beleive this was the Iconz 7 server. I REALLY wish they'd turn team swapping OFF on their servers. I beleive Team swapping recks the game. This is because you loose your squad when you'r forced to change sides. Being in an awsome squad is most important, that's what makes the game awesome. like last night the squad i was in got at least the first 3 places on our side.
95% of inquires i've received at watercool.co.nz have been about stock levels. I can confirm that unless otherwise stated everything is instock in Auckland and ready for dispatch upon payment.
I can understand all the questions though, as just about every other website that advertises Computer watercooling gear doesn't have it in stock !
Im happy to answer any questions about PC watercooling gear so keep the e-mails coming.
Using the number below I believe the 437 and 74c delta to be at a rated temp of 50-54c or twice the normal rating of 26.85 (300 kelvin)
I found this on the web last night and i found it VERY interesting ! It's interesting that a less powerful TEC can cool better than a more powerful one, though there isn't much difference in TEC Qmax.. I assume the gain has come from the cooling being more concentrated on the less powerful TEC and therefore making it more efficient at cooling a small CPU Less heat spreading required. I also find the results to be surprisingly good! They did power the 340 watt TEC @ 48 volts not the rated 32. Which is strange, in saying that it's unlikely the PSU would be putting out 48 volts as 48 volts would have FAR exceeded the 600 watts of the PSU leading to lower voltages.
And the "437" TEC has been changed to the correct data now
