Water Cooled block for 62mm TEC (775 1366)

This is a picture of my new water block for 62mm TEC's i beleive it's the only avavable block to take 62mm TEC and fir a LGA1366 socket (it also fits 775)

Block costs about 130USD excluding TEC and barbs

A quick update

I've finished my quad 226watts Qmax TEC chiller and im currently using it to cool my PC. The construction of the chiller didn't go as well as I had hoped so this one has plenty of compromises but it still works well enough. If I ever get my CNC milling machine going I'll make a new one with no compromises. This Chiller is controlled by a TEC booster that I made for the T-balancer and it works great. The booster enables me to keep the water at X temp irrelevant of hot side temp or load. This means when the PC is idling im saving power and in winter I should be also saving power over a normal TEC build which runs at 100% all the time.

You can read more about this build here

The most ironic website in the world

i came a cross this website and i just couldn't resisting posting about it. It's an Anit HHO page telling people not to buy the products. However they have google adds on their page displaying 18 adds to buy HHO generators.

6 disks in RAID 5

im as usual not happy with my RAID performance ..  Here is a Positve pic though.

Is watercooling worth it?

Well i installed my new rig last night. I was unable to install my CPU water block for various reasons. But i was able to install my MCW60 GPU block on my ATI 4850 graphics card. Man it made a huge difference. The idle temps were 81c on the stock cooler, they are now 25c! .This obviously lead to an increase in overclock in fact it lead to the max overclock possible with the stock drivers !
